Set against the backdrop of the iconic Burj Khalifa and the endless Arabian desert, this massive music festival brought together the world’s biggest DJs, groundbreaking visuals, and an electric atmosphere like no other.

For four unforgettable days, UNTOLD transformed Dubai into a pulsating world of music and unity. From sunrise sets to midnight anthems, the festival celebrated EDM, techno, house, and pop across multiple immersive stages. Fans from all corners of the globe danced under the stars, surrounded by cutting-edge stage design, world-class pyrotechnics, and a community that lives for music.

RESPECT LOCAL CULTURE

Dubai is modern and welcoming, but it’s still important to dress modestly in public places (outside the festival) and be mindful of local customs.

Alcohol is allowed at the festival and licensed venues, but public drinking is not.

PREPARE FOR THE HEAT

Even in winter, Dubai is warm. Bring light, breathable clothing for the daytime, sunscreen, sunglasses, and stay hydrated — especially during festival hours.

The Hotel Package includes 4 nights in a 4-star hotel with breakfast, 3-day festival tickets (General or VIP), and daily transportation to the festival. The Complete Experience includes 7 nights of accommodation, festival tickets, airport transfers, guided tours (Abu Dhabi, Burj Khalifa, Desert Safari), insurance, a welcome kit, and personalized assistance.

Only the “Complete Experience + Flights from Mexico City” package includes round-trip airfare. The other packages do not include flights.

All packages include 3-day entry to UNTOLD Dubai. You can choose between General Admission or VIP access when booking.

Airport-hotel-airport transfers are included in the Complete Experience packages. They are not included in the basic Hotel Package.

Travel and health insurance is included only in the Complete Experience packages. It is not included in the basic Hotel Package.

Yes, all prices are per person. You can book for multiple people in the same reservation.

Less than 30 days before the event: No refunds.In case of force majeure or cancellation by the event organizers, we will offer alternatives; however, clients must cover any cost differences.

No, local taxes are not included in the package price. These must be paid directly at the hotel upon arrival, as required by local regulations.
